Questions were answered quickly, the Ms. Liana was very nice.

You can't lock yourself up in the room.

We used a key lock to access the key and were met by someone from Rhodes Holiday Villas who showed us around the villa

There were were parts that showed normal "wear and tear" e.g. the patio furniture BUT we were certainly not upset or affected by this.
